Diversity at Work

As people, we value diversity on principle. As a company, we value diversity for its business potential. But we're not going to try to convince you of what we know. These folks have already done that for us.

“Diversity leads to better business practices, more innovation, and improved risk taking.

Companies in the top quartile for gender diversity are 15% more likely to have financial returns above their respective national industry medians.”

-Vivian Hunt, McKinsey Consultants

Of various sized teams including more than 4,600 people, the teams that had more women outperformed other teams in terms of collaboration, problem analysis, and faster problem solving.

Whether it’s environmental or social, we are actively involved in everything from our advanced recycling programs and organic garden to our support of non-profit organizations, both local and international, that provide care for those in need.

Taking Things Personally

Our team ensure that we live up to the expectations both of our customers and ourselves.

A Strong Foundation

From the day we opened our doors, we've operated according to Howard T. Von Oehsen's belief that "If our customers are not successful, then we are not successful". That selfless philosophy and pointed understanding of how we are all connected has guided us through our endeavors, for the good of our company, our customers, and world around us.
